Snipz AI ("we," "us," "our"), operated by Nexaura Studios, respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent copyright protection laws applicable in India under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

If you believe that any content on Snipz AI infringes your copyright, please follow the process outlined below.

1. What We Host

Snipz AI is a curated AI tools directory. Our content includes:

  • Original editorial text written by our team (tool reviews, use-case guides, step-by-step tutorials)
  • Tool logos and screenshots used for identification and editorial review purposes (fair use)
  • Embedded YouTube videos (hosted on YouTube's servers — governed by YouTube/Google's DMCA process)
  • User-submitted reviews and tool submissions

2. Fair Use Notice

Tool logos, brand names, and screenshots displayed on Snipz AI are the property of their respective copyright owners. We use them under fair use for the purpose of commentary, identification, and editorial review — consistent with Section 107 of US copyright law and Section 52 of India's Copyright Act, 1957.

If you are a tool creator and believe your assets are being used inappropriately (beyond fair use), please contact us and we will promptly review and remove or modify the content.

3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To report copyright infringement on Snipz AI, send a written DMCA notice to our designated agent containing all of the following:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • The URL or location of the allegedly infringing content on Snipz AI

4. Our Response Process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Acknowledge receipt within 3–5 business days
  • Review the claim and, if valid, remove or disable access to the infringing content within 7–14 business days
  • Notify the party responsible for the content (if applicable)
  • Provide information about counter-notification rights if applicable

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice containing:

  • Your name, address, phone number, and email
  • Identification of the removed content and its location before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location
  • Your physical or electronic signature

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

In appropriate circumstances, Snipz AI will disable or block access to users who are repeat copyright infringers.

7. Abuse of DMCA Process

Filing a false DMCA notice is illegal and may expose you to legal liability including damages and attorney's fees. Only file a DMCA notice if you have a legitimate good faith belief that your copyright has been infringed.
